Shipping

We provide shipping to anywhere in the United States on all orders. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery.

Returns
If your product is new, unopened, and unused you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All we ask is that you pay shipping for these returns. If the return is an error on our end, we will also fully refund you on the cost to ship it back to us.

Exchanges
You may exchange any defective product for a new bottle at no cost to you.

Refunds
Expect to see your refund no more than four weeks from the date you give the package to the return shipper. While this may be processed quicker, this time period allows us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
